Ted Walsh, Chief Executive Officer of UNITED Medical Supply Company, brings over ten years of experience in sales and sales management in the healthcare industry.
Ted began his career as Healthcare Practice Manager for an IT services company in California, where he helped lead a new Healthcare Division focused on providing EMR solutions to hospital systems. Upon returning home to Ohio, Ted embarked on a new mission, serving long-term care as Territory Manager for a leading medical supplier.
Quickly achieving great success, he was promoted to Regional Sales Manager, where he made a significant impact, repeatedly breaking records for growth and playing a pivotal role in the launch of a new supplies management program.
Seeking a new challenge, Ted accepted the position of Regional Director for a start-up focused on airborne infection control, where he successfully established a new market and laid the groundwork for continued growth into the future. With the ultimate goal of launching his own company, this experience provided Ted with a greater understanding of what it takes to build a successful organization and paved the way for establishing UNITED Medical Supply Company with his business partner and colleague, Anthony Fidram.
Ted is a graduate of Ohio University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in pre-law. He currently resides in Columbus, Ohio with his wife and daughter.
Anthony Fidram, President of UNITED Medical Supply Company, brings seven years of sales experience in the healthcare field, specializing in medical equipment and supplies.
Quickly into his career with a medical equipment manufacturer, Anthony established a consistent track record for growth in undeveloped territories, receiving a promotion from Inside Sales Director to Dealer Sales, then to Regional Sales Manager, where he was responsible for developing distribution partnerships across all of North America. His continued success eventually earned him a position as Regional Sales Manager for a medical supplier, where he consistently reached top performance numbers in business development and regional growth.
Anthony’s varied background in equipment and supplies has provided him with invaluable experience to support the needs of his customers and manufacturer partners.
Anthony is a graduate of Kent State University, where he majored in marketing and psychology. His background in business, coupled with his ability and drive to work with others, are what he attributes most to his success.
Anthony was born and raised in northeast Ohio, where he currently resides with his wife Cory.
