Shipping Policy


Orders requiring overnight shipment outside of your scheduled delivery must be submitted no later than 1:00 PM. Any order submitted after 1:00 PM will not guarantee next day delivery. 


Shipment Processing Time


All orders are processed within 24-48 hours, Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Holiday delivery schedules will be sent out in advance to accommodate. Any order submitted after 1:00 PM will not guarantee next day delivery.


Damages


In an effort to minimize any delay in resolving a damaged item or shortage claim, customer is required to count all receipts prior to customer’s acceptance of delivery from the carrier. Customer must notify UNITED Medical Supply Company of any damages in transit or product shortages within two (2) business days of receipt, or UNITED shall have no obligation to process credit or arrange for product replacement. Contact UNITED Customer Service at (866) 678-UMED to report damages or shortages. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 


Returns & Refund Policy


All returns must be authorized by UNITED prior to receipt. Product must be returned within 90 days of purchase. Authorizations are valid for 30 days. Return Material Authorizations (RMA) may be arranged either calling customer service at (866) 678-8633 or by contacting a UNITED customer service representative.


This policy applies to all customers, unless superseded by a separate, written agreement that includes specific return goods terms and conditions. Freight and restocking will apply as noted in the Restock Fee Schedule listed below, unless superseded by a written agreement. Issuance of an RA number does not guarantee credit. Credit issuance is dependent on confirmed receipt/review of returned products and is subject to the other terms of this policy.


The following conditions will not be considered for return:


  • Products purchased more than three months prior to return request.
  • Products with less than 3 months shelf life remaining based on expiration dates.
  • Special or custom products made to customer specifications or sold as non-returnable.
  • Products returned in altered or damaged packaging, or in packaging other than original.
  • Packs broken, breached or damaged.
  • Items in unsalable units of measure where product cannot be resold.
  • Third-party products requiring a vendor RA are subject to vendor’s return policy and applicable fees.
